Rooted in Hatha yoga, Frankie guides you through a steady pace with options offered throughout, so you can meet your body exactly where it is. Expect a supportive blend of strength, flexibility and breath-led movement, alongside grounding breathwork to help you come back into calm focus.

Whether you’re brand new to yoga or returning to your mat, this is your weekly invitation to move, breathe and reset — without rushing.

YOGA FOR DEEP REST

This is your weekly invitation to slow right down.

Yoga for Deep Rest is a deeply nourishing, prop-supported class designed to soothe the nervous system, release tension through the fascia, and help you feel grounded, spacious and restored — in both body and mind.

Expect just a handful of restorative postures, held for longer periods and fully supported with bolsters, blankets and blocks. Frankie will guide you into a state of deep ease, with the option to include her Signature Sacred Blend essential oils to support relaxation and calm.

As a Reiki Master, Frankie weaves gentle Reiki energy into the class — offering a subtle, supportive layer of energetic care to help you soften, settle, and return to yourself.

Each session closes with Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep): a guided meditation that calms the mind, unwinds the body, and leaves you feeling deeply rested.

SUNDAY DEEP REST

A candlelit nervous system reset to close your week.

This Sunday evening class is a deeply nourishing blend of yin yoga, fascia release and restorative postures, designed to soften tight areas in the body and bring you back into a grounded, calm state — physically, emotionally and energetically.

Frankie combines slow yin-inspired shapes with gentle fascia release techniques to ease common areas of tension (hips, lower back, shoulders and neck), before guiding you into fully supported restorative poses, held for longer periods to encourage true downshifting and rest.

Throughout the class, Frankie weaves in her Signature Sacred Blend essential oils, supporting relaxation and helping you settle into your body with ease.

You’ll then be immersed in live sound therapy using crystal singing bowls and Himalayan sonic bowls, allowing the vibrations to soothe the nervous system, quiet the mind and create a sense of spaciousness within.

Frankie is a trained sound therapist and Reiki Master, gently infusing the session with Reiki energy to support deeper release, regulation and renewal.
