TESTIMONIALS

When I first met Frankie I hadn’t stepped foot in a yoga studio for years and was recovering from a significant shoulder injury. My confidence and sense of security in my upper body strength was very low. After practising with Frankie for 12 months I now feel strong, calm and confident. I have progressed leaps and bounds under her tuition and look forward to continuing my yoga practice for many years to come.

Yoga with Frankie has been life changing. Her teaching is spiritual and calming whilst stretching you physically. It has helped so much with my lower back and anxiety. Yoga has become part of my life and that’s down to Frankie. My children say yoga with Frankie is relaxing and a great break from school.”

I was never really into Yoga; just drifting in and out of classes when I felt in the mood. I suffer terribly with stiff joints and I’d often feel worse after a class. However, since following Frankie for over 2 years now and very rarely missing a class I’ve come to love the practise and that’s down to Frankie. I guess for me it is was all about finding the right teacher. Frankie is a warm and compassionate person. She is calm & extremely knowledgeable in her field. She understands how emotions & stress can affect the body and she explains the postures and how they help the mind and body. Her classes leave me feeling refreshed, relaxed and rejuvenated.

Frankie’s yoga classes have become an invaluable part of my well-being – both physically and mentally. Every session is different, but I always come away feeling re-energised and relaxed. Frankie is a truly inspirational instructor. She is enthusiastic, supportive, passionate and caring. She provides clear instruction throughout the class, explaining the benefits of each and every pose whilst always ensuring the safety and comfort of her pupils. Thank you Frankie. x

Frankie’s Satria yoga class has been absolutely revolutionary for me. I love this class! After having 3 children, I developed severe Achilles pain in both legs and was told by the hospital, after 3 years, that I needed an operation to lengthen the tendon. After about 4 classes, the pain eased and now I am able to run 3 times a week and live a very active life. I only go once a week but without it I would be lost and have a very achy body that prevented me from most other forms of exercise. I love the strength and flexibility it gives me and relaxation after a stressful day/week at work. Thank you Frankie!

It turns out that a zoom class with Frankie can be just as powerful as when we’re in the same space. Having lit candles, put pjs on and created a peaceful haven, it’s really very inviting to melt into the floor as Frankie guides us through yin poses and on to yoga nidra. But the delicious thing about it is as Frankie’s soothing and reassuring voice trails off, you don’t have to move a muscle - you can just stay right there in the moment. Frankie’s sessions should come with a health warning! Miss one and you’ll feel out of sorts! Thanks Frankie for keeping us all going!
