Let’s face it, life can be pretty overwhelming and, for many of us, the last couple of years have been particularly challenging.

The Love Me Wellbeing programme is hosted at the beautiful Livewell Kew centre. It's the perfect escape from the chaos of everyday life and a golden opportunity to realise your own worth.

Love Me programme has been specifically designed for women and teenage girls by Susie Bush-Ramsey from 7 Simple Steps, this programme brings together a team of talented women from our local community, including Breath & Stretch from yoga & wellbeing teacher Frankie Arpino, dancer and choreographer Emma Chrispin and the founder of Makers United, Cornelia Costeanu.

The team aims to:

  • inspire women/girls to embrace who they are & how valuable they are by focusing on and utilising tools inside of them (Thoughts, emotions, words, gifts & potential);

  • motivate a healthy lifestyle by providing insight into the power of breathing fully, superfoods, and simple, fun fitness routines;

  • build confidence, enthusiasm and encourage goal setting with creative tasks and activities;

  • instill an understanding of the value of simplifying life, including choices that can be made daily that impact themselves, others, and our planet.
