Bespoke One-To-One Classes
I provide bespoke One-to-One classes, using a combination of Slow Flow, Yin Yoga, Satria Yoga and Personal Fitness Training, along with Mindful Breathing, Meditation and Relaxation.
During the initial consultation, which is part of the first session, we can talk about your previous yoga practice and your aims for your physical and emotional health - what you would most like to work on. I can tell you more about the styles of yoga I teach and how my classes usually work. We can then start with a combination of the above and adapt the classes in the coming weeks if required.
After your first session, I would recommend booking a block of 5 or 10 classes, the classes can take place up to 2 times per week (schedule allowing).
One-to-One classes usually take place at your home, or at a local yoga studio - please enquire.
